YORKSHIRE THREE PEAKS - MAY
Starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale we will take on 3 of the best known peaks in Yorkshire; Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m). The aim of the challenge is to walk this 24 mile route within 12 hours!
We will travel together in a mini bus, start the challenge together and finish 12 hours later as a team.
This will take place over a weekend in May - either 13th & 14th OR 27th and 28th.

A 10k outdoor run filled with 20+ fun obstacles to conquer. We will complete the course and cross the line as a team.
NFG LOUGHBOROUGH - SEPTEMBER

National Fitness Games (NFG) is an energetic but fun team day out. In teams of four or also in pairs you will complete 4 different workouts throughout the day. These workouts are a mix of power, fitness, fitness and endurance that will challenge you but is suitable for everyone.
HYROX BIRMINGHAM - OCTOBER

Hyrox is a FUN fitness workout. Participants compete in the exact same format and the aim is to complete the workout as quick as you can. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.
You can enter as a single or as a pair and complete the workout together
It includes: running, rowing, skiing, burpees, heavy sled push, heavy sled pull, wall balls, lunges and farmers carry.
